The "New" Latin America

For those who don't know,Latin America is studying a new political form of administrating it's continent, something where the strongest countries in South America will join their forces together and star to develope new ways of administrating their countries.But another curiosity over that union, is that the four principal actors have different ways of administrading their countries.Those four would be,respectivelly, the president of Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia and Venezuela.
That last one,president Hugo Chavez, was questioned by president George Bush,by not using democratic ways to govern venezuela.The result of that question brought up by president Bus,was a speech of an angry Chavez,where he calls bush genocist.Check the video,it's worth it.
